I'm very thankful to everyone who responded positively to my me project. There are definitely many options from you that I would like to try from signing up with Weight Watchers to eating every two hours.
After our move, I will be going back to the gym. I'm pretty excited about this because when I use to work out with Jamie I felt really good and strong. I know that I will not do any form of running -- I just can't take it. I'm more into the exercise classes like step aerobics and/or kickboxing combined with weight training. They're so fun!
Today wasn't as bad as I expected it would be. I wish I could say that the reason is because I have such unwavering will power. But, alas, it was just because I had too much work which preoccupied my mind against the usual cravings.
I did learn something today though -- I definitely need to eat something for breakfast. Any ideas?
Breakfast
Grande, no foam latte (2% milk)
Lunch
1/2 serving of: kefta kabob chicken, baba ghanoush, rice, cucumber salad
Snack
Tall, decaf, no foam latte (2% milk)
Dinner
2 glasses white wine
1 hamburger patty, 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 stalk broccoli

Hi Mimi,
ReplyDeleteI think your "me" project is great. Sammie and I made a pact to keep going what we gave up for Lent. I gave up Starbucks, chocolate, baked goods, and any kind of dessert. Apparently I'm now down to the size I was in 8th grade. Scary, I know. Sammie and I will be running tomorrow and I now do kick boxing classes on Wednesday at the karate place by my work. We're with ya!
