A quick post. Packing. And, Jacinta has a little boo-boo on her forehead.
Breakfast
Grande, no foam latte (2% milk)
Snack
1 hard boiled egg
Lunch
(The other) 1/2 serving of: kefta kabob chicken, baba ghanoush, rice
Snack
Tall, decaf, no foam latte (2% milk)
Dinner
2 glasses white wine
2 ham patties, 2 hard-boiled eggs (ate one yolk only), 1 stalk broccoli
Georgie just commented that I really need to switch to a leaner protein diet. Well, I don't see this happening until after we fucking move.

Hey tita mimi! I think it's great that you're doing the food diary thing. One thing that helped me so much in losing 50lbs this year was using thedailyplate.com to count my intake of calories and guesstimate around how much I burned per week based on how many pounds I wanted to lose.
ReplyDeleteLately I've been using Loseit! on my iTouch, if you have an iphone or an iTouch it works just as fine, you should try using it too!
