Another quick post. But, I'd like to thank Bernie (Thank you, sweetie!), for giving me some info on calories and for your support! And, Becky, size 1(?!) (Know that a lot of ladies out there probably wish that your fear is their dream, sweetheart.) And, to my Jamie, I wish we were still going to the classes that we attended before. We totally kicked ass!
Breakfast
Grande, no foam latte (2% milk), 1/2 cup plain oatmeal with 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Snack
1 hard boiled egg
Lunch
1/2 serving cheeseburger and fries
Snack
Tall, decaf, no foam latte (2% milk), 1 hard boiled egg
Dinner
2 glasses white wine
4(?) oz salmon with 7 shrimps, a bite of George's yummy giardiniera cheeseburger
Dessert
1 red m&m from Jacinta
I can see that, today, I indulge a little too much. Really, I am on a diet.
P.S.
I just read Miss Jocelynne's comment... and, Jocelynne, I did want to comment to you how I thought you did lose weight, but I didn't want to point it out [to you and/or in public. Well, I didn't want there to be any awkwardness, you see. :-)] I'll check out the sites that you sent. And, you look wonderful and you inspire me! Thank you, darling.

Hi Mimi,
ReplyDeleteNo not a size one. That's WAY too skinny for anyone. I love my sandwiches and milkshakes and I can't wait until we're in New York 'cause then I can reinstate Starbucks into the equation. By the way, Sammie broke our pact and drank during Happy Hour on Wednesday. My mom went and had a Starbucks as well. I'm still sweating out the no baked goods, no booze rule though (I miss my jager shots). :(
Here's a pick me up though. I told a lady I work with what I was giving up during lent and she decided to do the same (she's mormon and thought giving up something for forty days was an excellent idea). With the "lent" diet and walking at least 10,000 steps a day ('cause over 10,000 steps a day helps you lose weight), she's lost a total of 30 pounds in roughly two months. She's now decided to adopt the "lent" diet continuously. :)
